Comment :
Sikandar bin Ilyas Shah was a prominent Sultan of Bengal and a member of the Ilyas Shahi dynasty, which was one of the most significant ruling families in the region during the medieval period. He was the son and successor of Shamsuddin Ilyas Shah, the founder of the dynasty.
His reign brought relative peace and stability, helping Bengal flourish as a center of trade and culture, he patronized architectural projects, including mosques and fortifications.
Balda Firuzabad Mint : "Balda" phrase translates to "City" in Arabic. "Firozabad" Refers to the city of Firuzabad, one of the key administrative and minting centers in the Bengal Sultanate.
