I am a dedicated numismatist with passion for the rich and diverse history of Indian coins and currency. My journey into numismatics began over 10 years ago, and since then, I have built an extensive collection that spans centuries of Indian history. My interest in coins goes beyond collecting—they are a reflection of the vibrant cultures, empires, and historical milestones that have shaped India.

I hold an engineering degree, which has honed my analytical skills and attention to detail—traits that are invaluable in my numismatic pursuits. My engineering background allows me to approach the study of coins with a methodical and scientific perspective, especially in understanding the minting techniques, metallurgy, and preservation methods that contribute to the uniqueness of each coin.

In addition, Ipossess a strong understanding of ancient and historical scripts, including Brahmi, Urdu, and Persian, which enhances my ability to read inscriptions on coins and decipher their historical context. This skill has been invaluable in interpreting the coins’ origins, reigns, and the events they commemorate.

I am an active member of several prestigious numismatic societies, including "The Numismatic Society of India," or, where I engage with other numismatists and historians to further my knowledge and contribute to the advancement of numismatic research.

Medieval Coins: A deep exploration of coins from the Delhi Sultanate and regional kingdoms like the Marathas and Rajputs.

Mughal Coins: The coins of the Mughal Empire, renowned for their intricate designs, inscriptions, and historical significance, reflecting the empire’s wealth and influence.

Indian Princely States Coins: The diverse and unique coinage from India’s princely states, which reflects the autonomy and cultural richness of the various regions under British suzerainty.

British India Coins: A range of coins from the East India Company era, the British Raj, and Indian princely states, showcasing the colonial period in Indian history.

Post-Independence Coins: A study of the coinage post-1947, representing India’s evolving identity and progress as an independent nation.

Commemorative Coins: Coins that celebrate India's historical milestones, from independence to significant cultural and political achievements.
