Comment :
Amrita Pala was the ruler of Budaon. In 1195 AD he was defeated by Muhammad bin Sam, the Muslim invader, who later issued billon jitals in the same style. All of Amrita Pala’s coins are rare. This variety with an additional Ra and dot on obverse, is very hard to find.
