Comment :
Menander I, also known as Milinda, was one of the most prominent Indo-Greek kings, ruling in the 2nd century BCE (circa 165–130 BCE). His reign marked a significant phase in the history of the Indo-Greek kingdoms, characterized by cultural fusion, military conquests, and religious dialogues. His territories included Punjab, Sindh, parts of Rajasthan, and areas of modern Afghanistan. Menander's reign represents a fusion of Hellenistic and Indian cultures, influencing art, religion, and governance. This drachm is in well preserved state with an extremely good stike.
