Obv: within a double frame of dotted border, reading upwards from bottom to top:
Nur al-din Jahangir shah-i Akbar shah
“Light of the Faith Jahangir Shah (son of) Akbar Shah”

Rev: within a double frame of dotted border, reading from top to bottom :
Mah-i isfandarmuz-i ilahi darb agra sana 9 / 1024
“the month of Isfandarmuz of the ilahi month, struck Agra year 9, 1024”

The calligraphy has decorative elements viz flower, leaves, buds, creepers, rosette etc interspersed amongst the legend.
Isfandarmuz is a Persian month corresponding to the zodiac sign Pisces. The AH 1024 date on the coin corresponds to 1613 AD.
The Agra mint issued Rupees in both square and round shapes alternating the shape of the coin between even and odd months, respectively.
This variety shows a ‘Do chashmi he’ in word ‘Ilahi’ which is comparatively rare, Gem uncirculated condition with very high relief, Very rare.
